Eligibility
The service is available only to adults. By using it you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Persons under 18 may not use the service or submit an image of their hand.
How readings are made
Charts are computed with professional-grade astronomical calculation and written to classical rules.
Our predictions are judgment-free: they describe tendencies and seasons; they do not judge you, diagnose you, or decide for you.
Your chart is computed exactly, then written for you by AI following classical Jyotish (Vedic astrology) and palmistry rules. No human sees your hand.
The word live in our name refers to the live palm scan: your camera captures your hand at the moment of the reading. It does not refer to the involvement of a person at any stage.
Nature of a reading
A reading is provided for reflection. It is a mirror, not a prophecy: it does not promise an outcome, and nothing in it constitutes a guarantee.
A reading is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and must not be relied on in place of such advice.
The service does not make predictions concerning death, disease, or divorce, including health outcomes and lifespan. This applies at every price, with or without a disclaimer, and is not available on request.
Your obligations
You must present your own hand. Do not submit an image of another person, and do not present a printed or on-screen image as a live scan. Birth details you provide must be accurate, since an inaccurate chart produces an inaccurate reading.
You must not attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, or resell the service, or use it to harass any person.
Free and paid products
The summary reading is free and requires no account. Paid products and their prices are displayed on the pricing page before payment. Prices are stated in Indian rupees for customers in India and in the listed currency elsewhere, and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Your free summary appears on screen within about a minute. The Reading and focused reports are usually delivered within 10 minutes of payment and always within 24 hours. Your Next 7 Days is delivered within 5 minutes. If our engine is delayed, we tell you your reading is on its way. A reading not delivered within 24 hours is refunded in full, automatically.
Refunds are governed by the refunds and cancellation policy. In summary, a reading that has been generated and delivered is not refundable, and a payment failure or a non-delivery within 24 hours is refunded automatically.
Ownership
Your image and your birth details remain yours. You permit their use solely to produce your reading, for the period allowed by the privacy choice you made.
The reading produced for you is yours to keep, print, and share. The service, including its software, design, and written material, remains the property of the service provider.
Availability and liability
We endeavor to keep the service available, but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights you hold under Indian consumer law, or limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes, governing law and complaints
We may update these terms. A significant change is reflected in the date at the top of this page, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and applicable law, applicable Indian law prevails.
Complaints are addressed to our Grievance Officer, Pooja Minhas, at support@astropalmlive.com. First response within 24 working hours. Resolution within one month, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require.
